Return policy for online order/fax order

You may return all unopened items purchased at Enagic Online Store or unopened items ordered through fax within 14 days of the receiving date. If there is any error in your order, please contact us in 1 week of your original receipt date. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. However please call our office at + (49) 211 9365 7000 before you return any merchandise.
